ARIES promotes learning and change for sustainability.
We work with all sectors of society to provide a unique mix of research and practical facilitation. We use participatory and systems-based approaches to build capacity for change towards sustainability.
ARIES specialises in translating sustainability theory into practice. We are based at Macquarie University.
Leaders and change agents should be enabling rather than directive; supporting learning, adaptation and innovation. Strong support from senior management is also essential and transformational leadership can motivate wider faculty support.
